| Howard Gilman Memorial Park was built with a $1 million plus donation by the Howard Gilman Foundation. Howard Gilman, a respected and revered citizen of Camden County, was the owner and founder of Gilman Paper Company.
Howard Gilman Memorial Park offers a variety of activities for visitors of all ages. The waterfront launching dock and marina accommodate all sizes of sea faring vessels. Walk hand in hand down the board walk and enjoy majestic views of the river and historic downtown St. Marys. Sit on the soft grass and enjoy the bands that perform in the outdoor amphitheater.
