Financing
Increased "net profit" for business is the goal of the Camden County Joint Development Authority. An innovative financing option for business is our business plan.

The Authority works with several federal, state and local institutions to offer a variety of low cost finance options for new and expanding businesses in Camden County. The Authority assists its clients in purchasing land and buildings, building new structures to the clients specifications or renovating and finishing an existing structure or speculative building. To help offset the cost of relocation, the Authority can combine incentives and lease to own options that lower the clients initial start up costs during the first few years of operation.
