Express Scripts Opens Contact Center in St. Marys, Georgia
New Facility to Employ Approximately 650 People from Area St. Louis, May 17, 2004 - Express Scripts, one of the largest pharmacy benefit management companies (PBM) in North America, today announced that it will locate a new 650-employee contact center in St. Marys, located in Camden County, Georgia. The new contact center will respond to inquiries from prescription benefit plan members about their benefits. The contact center will open in late-summber 2004, making Express Scripts the largest private employer in Camden County. "Our new contact center is part of a broader effort to focus on delivering quality service to our customers," said Alan Winters, Vice President of contact center operations for Express Scripts.
