Superintendent's Message
By Dr. Ann Proctor, Superintendent of Camden County Schools I believe that every child deserves to succeed in school and in life. That philosophy is put into practice every day throughout our school system. I have directed that the quality of the instructional program in our schools will have top priority--period. We continuously refine our curriculum to not only meet the requirements of the state, but to exceed those requirements. We place the highest expectations on our classroom teachers and all other employees who support classroom learning. Through years of careful teacher recruitment and retention, we have built up an excellent teaching staff whose sole mission is to help our students reach for their maximum achievement. I believe that every student should be able to concentrate on his or her studies without negative influences. We strive to maintain a wholesome social environment in our schools where students are kept safe. We do not tolerate drugs, bullying and or harmful behaviors. I believe that our children are our future. Only by education and nurturing our students while they are young will we build a society that is prosperous, secure and enlightened. |

| I believe that the schools belong to all of us. We educators are but trusted servants. It takes involvement from the entire community to provide schools that are progressive and successful. It takes more than money and physical resources to produce schools that serve our children well. It takes parents and other community members putting their time, attention and energy into public education. I invite you to contact us to find out how you can add your efforts to ours in making Camden County Schools second to none. Our children deserve no less.
